PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION
It is highly recommended to attend the concert using public transport. Find all the information on the RATP website. RATP and SNCF ensure you a fast and secure access to the venue.

TAXI & VTC
Travel safely with the Taxi and VTC (ride-sharing) pick-up points available around Paris La Défense Arena.
Drop-off and pick-up points are available on 2095 boulevard de la Défense next to Maison Georges.
TWO-WHEELED ACCESS
Paris La Défense Arena is accessible by two-wheelers, with parking available on Place Nelson Mandela, on the Nanterre side. Please note that there will be no security personnel in place. We recommend using public transport, which is very convenient.
COMING BY CAR
- Coming from Versailles: Take exit 35 – Chatou / Rueil 2000, then follow the direction La Défense on D991 and D913. Follow the signs once you are on the Boulevard Circulaire de La Défense.
- Coming from Saint-Denis: Take exit 2 – Colombes / Bezons / La Garenne Colombes, then follow La Garenne Colombes on D992 and continue towards La Défense.
- Drop-off and pick-up points are available on 2095 boulevard de la Défense next to Maison Georges.

It is forbidden to bring into Paris La Défense Arena any dangerous or illegal items, large objects, items that could be used as projectiles, or anything that could pose a danger to spectators, visitors, or artists, or could be misused for malicious purposes. The following are prohibited:
- All containers and receptacles
- Helmets
- Bags except shoulder bags
- Any face-covering masks
- Alcoholic beverages
- Any rolling objects
- Cameras and recording devices without authorization (These will be placed in the cloakroom)
- Coats are not accepted in the cloakroom.
Only non-dangerous prohibited items are allowed in the cloakroom. Containers larger than 50cm x 20cm x 40cm (40L) are not accepted in the cloakroom or on the premises.

We strongly recommend purchasing your tickets only from authorized sales sites (such as Ticketmaster, Carrefour Spectacle, the Paris La Défense Arena website, etc.). The illegal resale of tickets through certain online platforms has increased, harming the public, artists, and industry professionals. Issues such as ticket price inflation, counterfeit tickets, and duplicate tickets being sold multiple times are becoming more common. Purchasing from these sites carries many risks, especially the risk of not being able to attend the event.
In France, the law of March 12, 2012 prohibits the resale of event tickets without the authorization of the event’s producer.
Holders of disability and priority cards for people with disabilities will have reserved access upon arrival at the venue gates. Guests with reduced mobility will enter through Entrance 38 for the Lower Bowl and Entrance 56 for the Upper Bowl, upon presentation of a medical certificate or proof of disability, along with a valid ID.
If you are coming from the parking, you can enter through Entrance 5. Feel free to reach out to the welcome staff upon your arrival. Spectators must always carry their disability card when attending Paris La Défense Arena.

Paris La Défense Arena offers free and public Wi-Fi access. Upon arrival, simply connect to the network “ParisLaDefArena_Public” to share your unique experience. Accessing the Wi-Fi is very simple:
- Connect to the free Wi-Fi network “ParisLaDefArena_Public“.
- Open a webpage to automatically access the portal.
- Enter your email and accept the terms of use.

- I’m under 16 years old, can I attend the event?
Yes, but only if you are accompanied by an adult.
- Can I bring my baby to the concert?
Everyone, regardless of age (including infants), must have a ticket.
- Can I check my coat at the cloakroom?
No, there is no cloakroom, and coats will not be accepted.
- I’m going to be a bit late for the event, will I still be able to enter the venue?
Don’t worry, the doors will remain open throughout the entire event.
To make your return as smooth as possible, here are some tips to avoid traffic jams and delays:
- If you’re using public transportation:
- Heading to Paris: Go to La Défense station (Line 1 / RER A)
- Other directions: Go to La Défense station for lines L & Tram 2
- Heading to Saint-Germain-en-Laye, Cergy, or Poissy: You can go to Nanterre Préfecture station and take RER A.
- If you’re driving, we recommend following the direction of A86 to head back towards Paris or the suburbs.
