6 p.m. : Doors opening
8 p.m. : Show starts
11:30 p.m. : End of the show

  • There are 3 ways of accessing Paris La Défense Arena : public transport, bike or car. We recommend that you use public transportation.
  • You must print out your e-ticket or make sure you have enough battery on your phone so you can scan your ticket.
  • Bring as little as you can so you don’t have to use the concierge service. Beware, we won’t accept to concierge any object that isn’t allowed in the venue.
  • If you’re using the car to come, you can book a parking ticket right now
  • Anticipate as much as you can your arrival at Paris La Défense Arena, the check points outside the concert hall might slow the process down. Gates open at 6 p.m.
  • Gate 33 is dedicated for the pit tickets
  • The production tickets will access the venue gate 32
  • All other entries for the levels 1 and 4 will proceed as indicated on your ticket.
  • VIP access : gate 21, 39 and 55 will be open.
  • Ticket holders with limited mobility can access the venue at gate 38 if you’re on the first level. For any other level, you will access the concert hall at gate 56, granted you have a medical certificate or a handicap documentary proof with an ID card.

TRANSPORTS EN COMMUN

It is strongly advised to favor public transportation for your coming to Paris La Défense Arena. You can find all the information for your itinerary on the website of “RATP”. Public transportation guarantees you a fast and safe access to the venue :

  • Metro : Line 1 stop « La Défense »
  • RER A : stop « La Défense – Grande Arche » or stop « Nanterre Préfecture »
  • Tramway : T2 stop « La Défense »
  • TER : « Gare la Défense »

Taxis and Ubers

For your safety, Paris La Défense Arena has allocated spots for taxis and ubers to drop you off near the venue.

For taxis, the drop off and pick up zone is Rue des Longues Raies, near the entry of the venue, by the hotel “CitizenM”.

For ubers, the drop off and pick up zone is Rue des Trois Fontanots.

Two wheel access

Paris La Défense Arena is accessible for motorcycles and bikes, the parking is located closer to Nanterre on the Nelson Mandela square. Unfortunately, the site isn’t subject to any professional surveillance. (We recommend that you prioritize public transportation)

Car access

Coming from Versailles : take “exit 35 – Chatou/Rueil 2000”, then follow the “La Défense” direction on the D991 then on the D913 – then follow the signs.

Coming from Saint-Denis : take “exit 2 – Colombes/Bezons/La Garenne Colombes” – then follow the “La Garenne Colombes” direction on the D992, then follow “La Défense”

If you’re not planning on using public transportation, 2 parking lots are dedicated to Paris La Défense Arena and are located 10-15 minutes away from the venue : Parking Villon and parking Coupole Regnault. By booking your parking spot early, you get a discount and you’re guaranteed a spot in a covered parking for 8h.
